Ann Heffron, Career Guidance Counsellor at XRoads Career Guidance and Education Services has a wide range of experience and understanding of helping and supporting young people and adults reach their full potential. Having working for many years in Second Level and Further Education as a Teacher, Career Guidance Counsellor, School Principal and Supervisor and Mentor to Student Teachers, Ann provides a Personal Career Guidance Service to Second Level Students and Adults. Leaving Certificate students who want additional help with career choice and application to CAO, UCAS, Personal Statements, PLC Courses, Apprenticeship and direct entry to the world of work.
Senior and Junior Second Level students may want advice on Subject Choice and Study Skills The service is also for those changing careers unemployed and preparing for interview. Ann is passionate about making it easier for her clients to discover career areas most suitable to them resulting in a clearer direction for their future.
